Position Description
  • A 12-24 months programme in Food & Beverage department and successful candidates will become Restaurant Assistant Manager at Sands China
  • Gain all-round food & beverage experience with a short period of time
  • Get prepared for managerial roles by equipping yourself with full competencies through work and professional training
  • Obtain international certificates like WSET Award in Wines, Specialty Coffee Association Coffee Training, Servsafe Food Protection Manager, City & Guilds Introductory Awards, etc.
  • On-the-Job Practicum at Michelin Starred, Black Pearl or other Restaurants
  • Assist the manager to oversee the outlet operation, providing supervision, direction and leadership to Captains and F&B Service Attendants on shifts and to monitor efficient and optimum levels of service standards
  • Support the outlet manager to achieve the financial, service and other related goals that have been set for the outlet through diligent and proactive management skills
  • Monitor guest reactions and confer frequently with service staff or captains to ensure guest satisfaction
Position Requirements
  • Macau ID holder
  • Bachelor degree or above graduates
  • Full time availability and willing to work any day, any shift
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Interested in Food & Beverage industry and service oriented
  • Proficient in Chinese and English
