Job Title Service Attendant

Position Description
  • Maintain a commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Perform all guest contact activities such as serving food and beverage, understanding the job nature and be able to answer all questions related to F&B items in a professional manner
  • Ensure that the F&B is served consistently in a presentable manner, attention to detail
  • Arrange and organize all F&B requirements accordingly (ie from cleaning glassware, refilling consumable items etc)
  • Ensure proper food handling and cleaning of all equipment, crockery, and ensure the occupational health and safety rule is followed
  • En Tea House cashier needs to handle: Cash flow procedure, cash shortage procedure, tips handling procedure and simple crowd control if needed
  • Be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions with customers
Position Requirements
  • Minimum Secondary School graduate
  • 1-2 work experiences is preferred
  • Basic food and beverage knowledge
  • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be willing to work any day and/or night shift
  • Meet the attendance guidelines of the job
  • Good in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin, basic in English
