Job Title Project Coordinator

Position Description
  • Reports to the Project Manager, work closely with the Project Managers to implement the Project.
  • Handle and Manage daily document
  • Coordinate construction documentation with Consultants, using ACONEX and PMWEB as tools
  • Assist the Project Manager with necessary management tasks, attend meetings, minutes taking etc
  • Be responsible for general design as well as site works coordination
  • Provide administrative and CAD support to Project Managers, Senior Project Manager & Directors
  • Assist with updating of critical path and other project and scheduling documentation
  • Prepare study drawings, reports and presentations
  • Carry out other project related tasks as and when required
Position Requirements
  • Minimum High School graduate; Bachelor degree in Construction or Engineering preferred
  • 4-5 years of working experience, with at least 3-4 years of experience in a related area
  • Knowledge of interior design, space planning, safety & security, buildings and document control and filing
  • Knowledge of Auto CAD, MS Office and MS Project, Aconex /PMWeb
  • Good in English, Basic in Cantonese and Mandarin
