Job Title Executive - Digital Marketing

Department Special Events & Promotions - Loyalty Marketing
Position Description
  • Assist with marketing implementation and technical operation of non-gaming loyalty promotions/initiatives on digital platforms and digital media channels that target China market
  • Liaise with SCL E-Commerce team and external vendor for technical implementation and operation of digital loyalty promotions/initiatives, including through e-coupon, e-ticketing and e-stamp card system tools and platforms
  • Liaise with external parties and platforms for development of in-channel marketing products, placement and execution for non-gaming digital loyalty campaigns/initiatives
  • Assist with the development and improvement of digital loyalty marketing tools and capabilities
  • Conduct market research and review of new digital marketing products across digital channels and assess suitability for to achieve SCL non-gaming loyalty program objectives
  • Provide insights on new technology and digital innovation to incorporate into SCL loyalty ecosystem and channels
  • Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree
  • 1 – 2 years’ of experience in related area
  • Strong administration and project management skills
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of digital platforms and developer environments relevant to China market
  • Good organization and attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, Good in Cantonese
  • In depth operating knowledge of major China digital platforms and media channels
  • Strong Microsoft Office ability - Powerpoint, Excel, Publisher
