Job Title Assistant Project Manager

Position Description
  • Assist Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
  • Assist to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to Operations stake holder
  • Take part of the construction project from start to finish. Raise concerns and maintain the project manager on the loop of any challenges or required actions to assist on the project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.  This include but not limited to assist in review and finalization of Ops Brief with Ops team, feasibility study of project scope, assist in preparation of detail Scope Sheet; program, assist in preparation of tender document and assist with tendering process, assist in day to day management of contractors and works to ensure delivering projects successfully to client and assist in project closed out
  • Be proficiency in MS Projects to ensure project programs/timeline are accurately tracked and managed
  • Assist in ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Be the bridge and assist to communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project
  • Assist to Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers
  • Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards. Periodic inspection of construction sites
  • Serve as a key link with the Operations and review the deliverable prepared by the team before passing onto client
Position Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Construction / Delivery Management
  • 3 – 4 years’ working of experience, 1 – 2 years’ of related working of experience in Supervisory role
  • Advance knowledge of construction, construction management
  • Advance Knowledge of design-build construction obtained through a combination of experience and education
  • Fluent in English, Basic in Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, Microsoft Projects
  • Excellent ability to work in a team environment
